The registration will be opened on 13th March and it will be closed on ~~22nd March~~ 26th March (extended). We can only accept the first 3 participants per LC and the first 2 per OG. Registrations above the limit will be put on waiting-list and we can only accept them if free spaces left. You can register on the form below.

Participation fee for students

from cat. 'A' countries is 52 000 HUF (~ 165 EUR)
from cat. 'B' countries is 45 000 HUF (~ 143 EUR)
from cat. 'C' countries is 38 000 HUF (~ 121 EUR)

Participation fee for alumni less than one year experience

from cat. 'A' countries is 60 000 HUF (~ 190 EUR)
from cat. 'B' countries is 57 000 HUF (~ 181 EUR)
from cat. 'C' countries is 54 000 HUF (~ 171 EUR)

Participation fee for alumni more than one year experience

from cat. 'A' countries is 68 000 HUF (~ 216 EUR)
from cat. 'B' countries is 61 000 HUF (~ 194 EUR)
from cat. 'C' countries is 56 000 HUF (~ 178 EUR)

The participation fees are including accommodation for 7 nights, traveling in Budapest, 3 meals per day and tickets. We only accept the fee in Hungarian Forints, the prices in Euro are just for reference. You can find the category of your country here.

If you need EU visa please register until 22nd March! We can provide an invitation letter signed by our dean. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee the success of your EU visa application.

The arrivals should be on April 29th (Sunday). The official program starts on April 30th morning and ends on May 5th night. The GAR will be held on May 2nd (Wednesday) and the Zielinski Szilárd Conference will be held on May 4th (Friday). The departures should be on May 6th (Sunday). Please duble check the dates! Arrivals should be on April 29th, departures should be on May 6th.
